03 Booking Questions

Before you pick a slot.

Quick answers to what most people ask in the WhatsApp thread before booking. For everything else, your counsellor is one message away.

i.Is it really free?
Yes — the 2-hour Orientation is fully funded by the practitioner network. No payment is taken, no card details requested. Tuition for the 14-week credential is only discussed after, and only if you choose to ask.
ii.What if I can't make my slot?
Reschedule on WhatsApp with your counsellor — no questions asked. We hold one slot per applicant. Two no-shows without notice rolls you to the next cohort's waitlist.
iii.Can I bring a colleague?
Yes. Add their name on WhatsApp once your slot is confirmed and we'll add them to the same session. The Orientation is capped at under twenty people by design — Q&A is the point.
iv.What if my city isn't on the list?
Pick "Other" and select an online slot. We run a city-agnostic online cohort every Saturday. If three or more applicants from one new city register, we open it.
v.Is this a sales pitch?
No — and we hold our counsellors to that. The 2 hours are agenda-driven (see above) and questions are answered on the record. There is no upsell during the session. If your counsellor pressures you to enrol in the room, report it and we'll re-run your brief privately.
vi.Will I be added to a mailing list?
No bulk mailing list. The only contact you'll get is from your assigned counsellor, on WhatsApp, in your time zone. You can mute them with a single message.
